What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to join our Alpenglow Muswellbrook clinic in a dual Radiographer / Practice Manager capacity on a permanent full‐time basis.
This is a unique opportunity suited to a confident CT Radiographer who enjoys working autonomously and is ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced leader who still values maintaining clinical skills.
Working within a small, supportive regional team, you will balance hands‐on clinical delivery with responsibility for the day‐to‐day operational management of the clinic.
Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no on‐call or evening work required.
Key Responsibilities Include
Clinical (Radiographer)
* Perform a range of diagnostic imaging examinations, including CT and general X‐ray
* Undertake cannulation and contrast administration
* Deliver high‐quality, patient‐centred care with a strong focus on safety and comfort
* Maintain imaging quality, radiation safety, and compliance with clinical protocols
Operational (Practice Manager)
* Oversee day‐to‐day clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and service delivery
* Lead, support and develop a small multidisciplinary team
* Manage rostering, resourcing and patient flow to meet service demand
* Partner with regional leadership and radiologists to drive performance and outcomes
* Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and standards
* Contribute to a positive team culture and strong patient experience

* Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
