Sales Manager
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll champion growth across the business.
You'll lead and develop our team of Property Investment Strategists, own the enquiry-to-sale journey, and play a key role in shaping how we scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership, influence and accountability.
You'll work closely with the Head of Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve conversion, strengthen systems and ensure our growth is ethical, data-driven and repeatable.
What You'll Do
Champion sales growth and performance across the business
Lead, coach and scale a high-performing sales team
Own enquiry qualification, conversion and pipeline health
Refine sales processes with a focus on data, speed and consistency
Collaborate with marketing to maximise lead quality and outcomes
Influence property acquisition by aligning stock with client demand
About You
You have strong experience in property or investment sales, ideally new build or off-the-plan
You're a proven leader or ready to step into a growth-focused role
You know how to drive results while keeping trust at the centre
You understand property cycles and market positioning
You're commercially minded, people-focused and accountable
