About the role
As the first point of contact, you'll handle face‐to‐face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities!
Primary Responsibilities
* Counter sales and enquiries
* Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
* Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
* Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up‐cut saw
* Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
* Vetting orders
* Product support to customers
About You
You will be a self‐motivated person who enjoys working in a high‐performance culture. To be considered applicants MUST have:
* a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
* LF Licence
* medium level computer literacy
* the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre‐employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
