The Opportunity
">
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for reviewing, inputting, and maintaining all quality assurance processes to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers and authorities.

You will also ensure the accurate compilation and timely delivery of all required Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) as specified by each client.

Key Responsibilities
">

* Coordinate and manage project documentation, compliance processes, and stakeholder information to ensure accurate submission and operational integrity.
">
* Maintain and enhance quality and compliance by reviewing procedures, supporting audits, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
">
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
">
* Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within the quality assurance (QA) environment by identifying opportunities and guiding the operations team.
">
* Understand safety, quality, and business requirements to proactively manage risks, escalate issues, and contribute through relevant business meetings.
">
* Ensure product quality meets standards before customer review, foster continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and guide supervisors in coaching and developing their teams.
">

Requirements
">
">
* Previous Quality Assurance experience, specifically within Defence / Commercial industry or similar.
">
* Experience with Maintenance Operations related to marine / ship repair.
">
* Experience with Quality Management Systems.
">
">
Preferred Qualifications

">
* Qualified auditor.
">
* Trade qualification in a relevant field.
