Additional information:
* These roles are Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight
* The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations co worker

* This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 9:00pm
* As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
* To be successful for this role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
* Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
* Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
* Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
* Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
* Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
* Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.
