Hays and the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) team have partnered in the search for Senior .Net Engineer with the largest Business Banking Platform.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
Develop and enhance a business‑critical CRM platform used by relationship managers across the bank.
Work closely with product owners and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features into production at pace.
Contribute to automation, DevOps maturity, and continuous improvement across the platform.
Collaborate effectively with engineers and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Mandatory Technical Skills
Strong commercial experience with .NET.
Proven hands‑on experience with AWS, including Aurora
Solid DevOps capability, including:
CI/CD pipeline automation
Automated testing
Deployment automation and related tooling
Comfortable working with AI coding agents as part of the development workflow.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
Exposure to full‑stack development, ideally with or
Experience with AI‑integrated solutions (LLMs, agentic workflows, or similar).
Familiarity with GitHub Actions.
Soft Skills
Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively within a distributed team.
Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across regions.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast‑moving Agile environment.
