Overview
NeoXam Australia is expanding Following the launch of our Sydney office in 2024 and our new Melbourne office in 2025, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Support & Cloud Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support our APAC clients, presales, and services team, while working closely with our global R&D experts. The position is based in either Sydney or Melbourne, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of NeoXam's continued growth in the region. The candidate will join the APAC team of experienced consultants to support and optimise NeoXam solutions, working closely with a senior support member in Melbourne as well as the support teams in Singapore and India.

* NeoXam DataHub: a comprehensive, efficient and customizable centralized data management solution for data used or produced by financial institutions.
* NeoXam IBOR: an independent and flexible Investment Book of Record providing asset managers with up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts.
* NeoXam Impress: an integrated solution for performance, attribution and reporting packs with flexible calculation methodologies and customizable workflows; can be standalone or connected to DataHub & IBOR.
* NeoXam ARO: a flexible, scalable framework for data control and rapid data adoption, enabling faster implementation.
Your Missions
* Be the liaison of the software development teams located in France and manage APAC support.
* Be the first technical point of contact for NeoXam's clients in APAC and provide product support expertise.
* Provide technical support for the sales consultancy team during the sales phase and for the project implementation phase.
* Manage internal copies of client environments.
* Perform first-level analysis: anomalies, technical evolutions, reproduction of problems.
* Resolve client issues from first analysis and reproduction to developing software fixes in Java and managing support tickets.
* Document DataHub knowledge and features from a software support perspective.
* Manage day-to-day APAC Support service activities (new tickets, calls, coordination with other teams).
* Coordinate performance optimization requests with customers or projects in liaison with R&D when required.
* Monitor and manage cloud resources and performance to meet production goals.
* Troubleshoot cloud-based solutions and services; implement enhancements and fixes as needed.
* Plan and implement migration of data and information to the cloud.
* Participate in cloud discussions and customer migrations.
* Manage technical installation or upgrade of the solutions.
Your Profile
* Engineering School, Degree / Master's degree or equivalent.
* 4-5 years of experience with financial software implementation and/or support and IT projects in the banking/financial industry.
* Knowledgeable in: XML APIs, Web services (SOAP/REST), Web application servers (Tomcat/JBoss/WebSphere), Messaging, HMI Swing or SWT, OS (Unix and Windows), DBMS (Oracle or SQL Server).
* Knowledgeable in development tools (Eclipse) and Scrum/Agile methodology.
* Knowledgeable in versioning tools like Git.
* Knowledgeable in Unix commands.
* Ability to do peer reviews and assess code.
* Ability to analyze, design and develop software with high operating constraints (robustness, performance).
* Independent, with initiative and good interpersonal skills; focused on quality of service.
* Proactive and a real team player.
* Fluent in English.
