We're seeking a seasoned Senior Associate Digital Consultant to join our expanding Digital Solutions team in South Brisbane. Your purpose will be to lead the delivery of diverse immersive and visualisation solutions to our clients. You'll successfully plan, manage and deliver projects to meet client requirements, build the visualisation and immersive technology pipeline, and work closely with your team in ANZ and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and capitalise on technical leadership to drive project success and growth.
* Generate compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services and solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to effectively visualise and communicate design concepts.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to expand knowledge and skills.
* Develop workflows to leverage international teams when required.
* Create immersive experiences using Unreal Engine, blueprints, and sequencer.
* Design high-quality 3D models and assets using industry-leading software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Adobe Suite, and advanced rendering tools.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in 3D visual effects, specialising in high-quality animation or interactive content creation, preferably in the AEC industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and 3ds Studio Max.
* Intermediate knowledge of Unreal Engine, including blueprints or C++ programming.
* Proficient in real-time asset creation, modelling, lighting techniques, post-processing materials, and optimisation pipelines.
* Previous experience in the engineering, construction, or environmental sector is an advantage.
* Able to juggle multiple client engagements and requests.
* Possess a positive attitude and passion for learning.
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and Digital Engineering tools (including Navisworks, Revitzo, and Revit).
* Able to read and interpret technical drawings with attention to detail.
* Willingness to work in a Jacobs office when required.
* Experience developing Virtual/Augmented/Mixed Reality experiences for mobile or HMD devices.
* Familiarity with hardware and peripherals to support VR/AR/MR experiences.
