About the role
As a fulltime Project Manager with Bolden Constructions' in Warrnambool, VIC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Identify and mitigate risks, and implement appropriate contingency plans to address issues that may arise
* Effectively communicate project status, progress, and any challenges to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
* Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Project Manager (or similar) in the construction industry
* Experience managing commercial construction projects is required
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and industry regulations
* Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
* Proficient in project management software and tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
