Love & Co' is seeking a driven Property Manager to join our dynamic team in Reservoir, Victoria. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and their investments are carefully protected.
About the Role
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, arrears, and handling tenant inquiries and issues. Conduct property inspections (routine, incoming and outgoing). Ensure all properties meet relevant legal and safety requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople. Assist with the development and implementation of property management strategies and policies.
What We're Looking For
* 1-3 years of experience in property management, with a track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
* Sound knowledge of relevant industry legislation and experience in ensuring properties comply with all legal and safety requirements
* Proficient in the use of property management software and systems
