Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end sales and leasing processes for commercial properties
Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors
Conducting market research to provide clients with accurate property insights and valuations
Developing and implementing marketing strategies for available properties
Leading negotiations and closing deals, ensuring all contracts comply with legal requirements
Reporting on sales and leasing activity to senior management and stakeholders
To be considered for the role you will have
Proven experience in commercial property sales and leasing
Strong knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A valid real estate license is essential
