The Executive Director is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving the strategic delivery of health capital projects across the Southern and Western metropolitan region. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Infrastructure and Asset Management/Chief Executive of Health Infrastructure, the Executive Director will work closely with Local Health Districts, government agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
The role leads a diverse team and with oversight of a $4.5b capital works portfolio, drives the planning, execution, and governance of complex infrastructure programs that directly impact healthcare outcomes for diverse communities. Landmark projects include the redevelopment of Bankstown Hospital, as well as a strong pipeline of high impact developments across the region.

You are a seasoned construction leader with extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure programs to deliver community outcomes. You bring a strong track record in managing end-to-end project lifecycles with a wealth of building and construction knowledge, and a proven track record of project delivery at scale.
