Facilities Management Leader

This position involves overseeing the management of building assets, driving strategic planning, maintenance, and renewal to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The leader will oversee projects, budgets, and service delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to lead and manage team members, promoting collaboration and accountability within the team.
* Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and community groups to ensure high service standards are met.
* Develop and review the asset management plan to guide annual and long-term capital works, aligning with City policies and safety legislation.
* Oversee inspections, maintenance, and renewals of building assets in line with the developed asset management plan.
* Coordinate minor refurbishment projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
* Manage service delivery contracts to ensure operational and public facilities meet agreed standards.
