Responsibilities
* Ideally experience in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines, with tasks including the review of design requirements, site investigations, calculations, modelling, oversight of drafting and the preparation of reports and specifications.
* Build strong client relationships and demonstrate the ability to understand our client's core business to provide solutions and service to clients both off and on site.

What We Expect – Ideal Skills And Expertise
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related engineering discipline
* Experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design
* Knowledge of safety in design, constructability and operational practices and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes
* Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify project and design related risks
* Experience in managing small to medium engineering design projects
* A commitment to working safely, and within the company's HSEQ systems
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills to interact with a broad range of audiences
* Ability to travel on occasions as the work requires
