Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Experience: Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with the store manager.
2. Operations: Oversee the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, while maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor.
3. Performance: Help control and meet sales/performance targets, confident in coordinating between customers, the team and the manager.
4. Expertise: Have full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors and passion for our products.
5. People Management: Be a team player, able to assist the Store Manager and resolve issues quickly.
Requirements
Retail experience and people leadership skills are preferred. Strong planning, organising and communication skills are essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture is required. Team coaching and development skills are also necessary. Flexibility to work across Sunday to Saturday is needed.
