We are seeking passionate Personal Carers to join our team.
Personal Care Position
* Status: Casual Pool
* Location: Various Locations across Caboolture to Caloundra & Surrounding Areas
This role involves providing care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. This includes spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities. In-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing. Providing care in accordance with individualised Care Plans. Supporting with community-based recreational and social activities. Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Requirements:
* Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification - Essential
* Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
* Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work - Essential
* Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
* Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks
