* Data entry: Creating, updating, and expiring transportation disruptions and road incidents using your primary language and English via our internal tools, ensuring all responsibilities are met.
* Quality: Ensuring quality outputs and meeting required AHT / KPI / SLA.
* Knowledge: Referring to our internal knowledge base to improve your knowledge. Passing the monthly internal process knowledge test.
* Proactiveness: Proactively raising any discrepancies, issues, or bugs.
* Efficiency: Meeting deadlines for any given project or task.
Job Requirements –
* Vietnamese proficiency: Advanced level in speaking, reading, and writing.
* High English language fluency: Required as all tools, communications, documentation, and training are in English.
* Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
* Skilled researcher, comfortable using various online sources in multiple languages.
* Keen attention to detail and meticulousness.
* Self-motivated and responsible.
* Able to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
* Adaptable and quick to learn new projects and processes.
* Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
Nice to Have Skills –
* Customer service background (preferred in Communications team, but not necessary).
* QGIS skills are preferable.
* MAC OS X experience preferred.
* Incident management experience is a plus.
* 1-year technical support or problem-solving experience preferred, but not necessary.
