Previous experience in a similar marketing or social media role will be highly regarded.Key Responsibilities(Including but not limited to)Assist in developing and executing the marketing calendar, budget, campaigns, and promotions.Act as a point of contact for our 50+ franchisees regarding visual merchandising (VM) and marketing requests.Manage and respond to customer feedback across online channels to maintain brand reputation and satisfaction.Coordinate and manage social media platforms – content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.Support promotional events, campaigns, and presentations.Develop and implement monthly social media content plans to boost engagement and visibility.Coordinate photoshoots to produce high-quality imagery for promotional materials and social media.Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing signage and marketing content.Contribute to marketing projects and initiatives aimed at business growth and improvement.Stay current with social media trends and best practices, ensuring our content remains innovative and relevant.Assist with catering order management and coordination.RequirementsComfortable and confident both in front of and behind the camera for social media content.Enthusiastic about social media and up to date with the latest digital trends and platforms.Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content creation skills.A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Previous experience in marketing or social media is highly desirable.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for food, health, fitness, and wellness.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.Strong team player with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and franchisees.
