This is an exciting opportunity for talented chefs to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions.
* Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard
* Supporting the team with efficient service flow across restaurant and event operations
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
* Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
Requirements:
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
* Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded
* A strong understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
* Calm under pressure with a reliable attitude
* Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
