* Carer - Bethshan Gardens - Wyee
* Full‐time position available
* AM, PM and Night shifts available
Responsibilities
* Working in partnership with residents to achieve their goals by assisting with the implementation of their individual care plans.
* Demonstrating kindness and respect for the resident's dignity while assisting with personal and daily care, and activities of interest to the individual (which may include showering, shaving, storing clothes, general cleaning, assistance with meals, and general movements throughout the day).
* Encouraging individual choice through an appreciation and understanding of the things that matter to your residents and their families.
* Providing regular feedback to your supervisor or manager on the resident's progress, new requests, changes or any concerns.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous experience from $31.13 to $34.59 per hour plus superannuation, payroll penalties and salary packaging.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Hold a Certificate III in Aged Care Work or be undertaking Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
* Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner.
* Have basic technology/computer skills and be willing to take part in ongoing education.
* Be able to understand verbal and written communication in English.
* Have the ability to communicate with residents, families and team members.
* Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisation's values through interactions at work.
