What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow the Electrical discipline across multidisciplinary building services projects.
* Deliver complex projects end‑to‑end, including design leadership, coordination, governance, risk management and quality assurance.
* Drive and expand client relationships, actively contributing to business development, proposals, bids and strategic pursuits.
* Mentor, coach and support a talented team of engineers and designers.
* Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction, standards and culture of the NT Building Services business.
What You’ll Bring
* 15+ years’ experience in electrical engineering within a building services consultancy.
* Already operating at Senior or Principal level, with clear readiness and ambition to step into Associate Director.
* Strong business development capability — winning work, nurturing clients and contributing to growth.
* Proven experience delivering complex building services projects within multidisciplinary environments.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and leadership skills.
* Energy, initiative and a collaborative mindset — someone who leads from the front.
