Job Responsibilities:
* Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues to ensure continued software operability.
* Provide fixes and workarounds, verifying changes for ongoing operability.
* Support customers on multiple channels: phone and email.
* Work flexible hours, including after-hours and on-call shifts as needed.
Required Skills:
* Knowledge of cloud platforms, with AWS and Azure preferred.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration, especially Kubernetes.
* Problem-solving and incident management skills, with ITIL knowledge.
* Intermediate knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL Server/etc).
* Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills in code-based applications, with C# preferred.
* Basic understanding of electrical concepts.
* Network monitoring concepts and management tools experience, along with network tool and protocol knowledge.
* Familiarity with IT service management tools for logging, monitoring, and documenting incidents/tickets.
* Ability to replicate customer environments and identify root causes or provide interim workarounds.
* Collaboration with multiple teams to expedite resolution and provide timely updates.
Desirable Skills:
* Utility domain knowledge, especially Head End System (HES), Meter Data Management System (MDMS), forecasting, or analytics experience.
