Job: - Salesforce Application Support Engineer (Must have NV1 Clearance)

We are looking for a Salesforce Application Support Engineer on a long-term contract with a Federal Government Agency.
Required Skills
* Experience
working with different stakeholders to illicit and understand business processes, requirements, and objectives
* At least
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce Projects and has experience in Salesforce Administration as well.
* Thorough
understanding of business workflows and business processes, and BPMN modelling
* Demonstrate ability to
build data models to business requirements.
* Desirable Demonstrated experience in leveraging, and championing, out-of-the-box functionality and config rather than code whenever possible
* Experience with Azure Devops is highly desirable
* Demonstrated experience in
tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban or Scrum Frameworks
* Certifications in Salesforce BA/Administrator are highly desirable/Public sector experience is highly desirable as well.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research into clients' business requirements, and to illicit and analyse business needs
* Understand the clients' data and assist with data modelling
* Understand the clients' business processes and prepare BPMN modelling.
* Collaborate with the project delivery team and transfer knowledge of the business requirements to allow them to design, implement and test.
* Enable users to onboard and get the most out of the Salesforce platform.
* Engage in governance processes to ensure designs are aligned to best practices.
* Implement approved change requests for low-risk changes (e.g., creation and maintenance of reports, housekeeping, etc.).
* Support problem and incident determination and resolution activities.
