Our Sales Coordinator is responsible for building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service to our customer base in Cairns. This role utilises CRM systems and demonstrates strong communication skills to develop rapport with clients and drive business growth. This role works closely with the Cairns Operations Manager and GM, Sales and Marketing, to limit quality, service and delivery issues. The Sales Coordinator loves engaging with customers and solving problems, has a can-do attitude and loves to tick things off their to-do list. This role will be based in our Portsmith office, however will visit existing and potential customers as required. Two days are never the same in this role as you prepare customer proposals, set up new customers, act on leads and address customer calls ensuring a quick and successful outcome for our customers. The following skills and experience would see you thrive in this role, however, with the right attitude these skills can be learnt: Strong customer service and account management experience. Expertise in fostering and maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring long-term business partnerships. Experience working in a busy environment and prioritising to meet deadlines. Strong proficiency in articulating ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking, to various stakeholders. Consistently work well with and actively help others in a team environment. Strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving ability to create win/win outcomes. Proven conflict resolution skills with the ability to handle difficult calls in a calm and positive manner.
