Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

- Acoustic consultancy for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Noise monitoring solutions for urban development and transport infrastructure.
- Environmental impact assessments with a focus on noise control.
- Custom system design and integration for environmental monitoring.
The Role
As an Acoustic Consultant, you’ll work with their dynamic team to deliver noise and vibration consultancy services. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting environmental noise surveys and site assessments.
- Preparing technical reports, including acoustic impact assessments.
- Providing advice on noise control solutions for a range of projects.
- Collaborating with engineers, planners, and clients to meet regulatory standards.
- Acoustic modelling using CadnaA and ODEON.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in acoustic consultancy or a similar role.
- Familiarity with acoustic modelling software (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON).
- Strong knowledge of UK noise regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
A valid driver’s license is essential due to the need for site visits.
