Overview
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. Ideally you would have been working in a similar role for at least 6 months, or have Housekeeping experience and have previously been a trainer or leader.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, checking and releasing rooms once they have been cleaned.
* Train and develop new staff to ensure rooms meet high standards.
* Work with the Room Division Manager to build and develop a strong and effective team.
* Bring a keen eye for detail and strong organisational, team leadership and time management skills to the role.
Qualifications
* Previous Supervisor or Team Leadership experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate a customer-focused team
* Well presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience working within a luxury hotel/resort environment
* Strong organisational skills with a clear focus on quality and standards
* Attention to detail
* Knowledge and understanding of chemical handling
* Experience with resort buggies and a current drivers licence
* Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
Availability and Hours
The hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm, with a week of paid training provided. As we approach our busy summer season, we require you to be available a minimum of 4 days a week and to be able to work all of December and January.
