Overview
The Berkeley River Lodge is overlooking the Timor Sea in a remote part of the Kimberley in WA. This tranquil, all-inclusive lodge is Australia's most remote luxury lodge experience, being only accessible via a scenic 45-minute flight.
We are seeking a passionate chef to join our team for the 2026 season (April - September).
About the role
We are looking for a qualified Chef to assist in the preparation and presentation of all the culinary offerings at the Berkeley River Lodge.
* Preparation of high-quality meals across a 5 day rotating menu;
* Creating well-balanced meals for staff;
* Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness with the safe preparation of all food; and
* Working closely with the head chef to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
About you
You will have a genuine passion for the food and service you deliver, with the drive to go above and beyond for our guests.
* Availability to start mid-April
* Commercial trade qualification with relevant field experience
* A positive attitude and willingness to work in a close-knit team
* Experience working in remote, luxury properties advantageous
In return, you will be provided with accommodation and meals free of charge and will work across an 11-day fortnight.
