About the role
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to‐day operation of the store's customer service department, to ensure both the smooth operation of the department, as well as providing Drakes the promise of exceptional customer service.
If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing stock takes, generating rosters and much more.
Responsibilities & Expectations
* POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential
* Ability to supervise a team
* Accurate team member rostering
* Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
