About the Role:
As Ecommerce Coordinator, reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving our D2C (Shopify) and B2B (NuOrder) ecommerce platforms. From managing product catalogues to optimising SEO, raising the profile of our B2B platform and supporting marketing campaigns, your work will impact the customer experience and drive results across our web stores - ariat.com.au, ariat.co.nz, justcountry.com.au and our B2B channel.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage the product catalogues for multiple brands. This is a core responsibility of the role.
* Coordinate promotional rollouts, website campaigns, and content creation.
* Take ownership of the B2B ecomm channel and provide support and onboarding for wholesale customers and internal users on our NuOrder platform.
* Support internal teams with troubleshooting and liaising with tech providers.
* Assist in launching new features and functionality to enhance the customer experience.
* Implement content and SEO best practices within guidelines.
* Monitor infrastructure, integrations and third-party tools (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Google, NuOrder, Pronto ERP and more).
* Proactive quality assurance testing of the tech stack.
* Ensure web best practice and the customer experience are central to your approach.
What You'll Need
Essential:
* A high degree of general web competence.
* Experience compiling and managing large, complex product catalogues.
* Proficient in data handling and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v lookups etc.).
* 3+ years' experience in a similar ecommerce or digital coordination role.
* Strong working knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce ecosystems.
* Confident with SEO basics, web best practices, content strategy, and third-party integrations.
* Image editing skills (Photoshop or Canva).
* Detail-oriented, organised, and a team player who knows how to manage multiple complex tasks and communicate effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Preferred:
* Qualifications in IT, marketing, or business.
* Experience in retail/fashion ecommerce.
* Copywriting and creative content production skills.
* Familiarity with AI tools, or an interest in learning how to leverage these.
* Familiarity with NuOrder (B2B) and Pronto (ERP) is preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in/with web developers, digital agencies or project management would be advantageous.
