Role Summary
We seek an experienced professional to lead our core people programs and initiatives. This role requires a collaborative focus, strategic thinking, and strong relationship building skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, with the ability to implement, advise, develop, and maintain HR practices.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering a competitive remuneration package and unique involvement in contributing to customer-focussed support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain HR practices
* Lead People and Capability projects and initiatives
* Manage restructures and provide generalist Human Resources advice at a senior level
* Review policies and processes
* Support translation of business strategy to people strategies
* Champion core people programs
