Graphic Designer – Melbourne | $100k + super | Perm
Full time role - Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 from home.
I'm partnering with a large, purpose‐driven education organisation (kept confidential for now) that's looking for a Graphic Designer who's more than "just a designer". They want someone who can think, challenge, contribute, influence – and create seriously great work.

What you'll do
* Bring campaigns and brand storytelling to life across digital + print
* Take ideas from spark to final art with confidence
* Translate brand strategy into meaningful, impactful assets
* Champion brand consistency across a huge, diverse internal audience
* Deliver high‐quality creative in a fast‐moving environment
* Partner with printers, photographers and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with a tight‐knit communications team while also owning your design vision
What you'll bring
* 4–6 years' experience (I'd love to see corporate, agency, financial services backgrounds... but all welcome - no need for an education sector background)
* A strong portfolio showing brand, campaign and publication work
* Strong capability in visual communication and conceptual thinking
* The ability to turn brand direction into compelling creative outputs
* A strategic mindset – you understand the why, not just the what
* Ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders
* A fun, friendly personality – someone who brings energy, not ego
* A sense of responsibility when representing the brand internally and externally
