We are excited to welcome you to our brand-new 120-place centre that has been thoughtfully designed to support children from six weeks to six years of age, with seven beautiful learning spaces and expansive outdoor areas.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Educator at Guardian Manly West, you will:
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider centre community.
* Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning programs.
* Document and share children's learning journeys with families.
* Contribute to the adoption of the Guardian Curriculum, ensuring children are at the heart of every learning experience.
What We're Looking For
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) Educator.
* Experience in long day-care .
* Strong understanding of the NQF & EYLF .
* A QLD Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
