With recent growth in our industry, there is a new opportunity for an experienced solid all-rounder as a **Supervisor / Manager **to join a rapidly growing team. You will run your area of business from operational to client interface and implement and manage delivery teams. The role will have autonomy to incorporate your style of management.
We are looking for a driven self-starter with a least 10 years building background who brings operational excellence, strong attention to detail and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves

**Responsibilities**:
You will be overseeing the delivery on our public housing contract. Duties may include:
- Manage and deliver public housing projects in a timely manner.
- Oversee and manage contractor's performance on site.
- Quotations/estimating.
- Maintenance Software: using software to track all maintenance and aggregate documents/reports.
- Work health & safety: comply and promote WH&S policies.
- Customer satisfaction: building rapport with property residents and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Building or Carpentry Trade background 10 years minimum
- Must have Social Housing experience
- A valid NSW driving license
- White card
- Police check
- A calm and friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
