The role of an Administration Assistant is a vital part of our operations, providing essential support to the management team and other departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide front-desk reception services with a professional manner.
* Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
* Maintain accurate records of visitor passes and logs.
* Arrange travel & accommodation bookings for staff and field personnel.
