We require a strong, customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running in this Thursday to Monday role. Based in across some of our beautifully presented display homes on the Sunshine Coast, you can show off our great designs and our quality products to any customer that walks in the door. Sell beautiful new homes with innovative designs. Build respectful relationships. Develop your pipeline with an award-winning brand.

Responsibilities
* Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
* Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
* Delivering standout customer service—balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
* Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
* Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely
* Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region
