Appointment Setter - Entry Level Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales.
No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
* Minimum 25 hours per week (casual)
* Base hourly wage plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
* Career progression within 4-6 weeks for high performers

Key Responsibilities
* Visit homeowners' premises to discuss solar benefits and schedule audits
* Qualify prospects using a structured outreach script
* Build rapport and nurture potential customers
* Maintain accurate entry of appointments and tasks in the CRM
* Achieve or exceed daily/weekly appointment targets
* Support senior sales staff with high-value customer engagement activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working independently and handling rejection with a positive attitude
* Passion for renewable energy and improving customers' energy bills
* Willingness to learn and apply best-selling techniques
* Prior sales/tele-sales experience is not required but may be advantageous
