We pride ourselves on delivering a high level of service & Communication to all clients large and small. We are seeking a payroll officer to join our Finance Team on a part-time basis to support the Business Manager. This role would typically be working Monday – Tuesday Weekly.
Ideally Seeking a candidate who is NOT seeking Full-time Employment.
What you will do
Initial focus will be the payroll for all Reliance Workforce Casual employees; this role will include processing pay for up to 130 workers across multiple Industrial awards.
Expert level knowledge of industrial awards is required for this position.
What's a standard day look like for you? Working closely with our business manager to understand the payroll requirements of the business.
* Data entry of payroll information
* Processing weekly payroll for all Reliance Workforce staff
* Processing weekly invoices for all Reliance Workforce Business Partners in Xero
* Handle employee payroll related queries
* Respond to payroll enquiries
* Reliance Workforce Reporting & Reports
To be successful in this position you will have:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Technical training in payroll and payroll compliance preferred.
* Experience using Xero Payroll, Cloud, Found U & Invoicing
* A minimum of 1+ years experience with Xero Payroll is required.
* Reliability and availability around payroll cycle requirements
* Flexibility to work up to 3 days weekly during peak payroll periods when additional support is needed.
* Excellent time management skills
* Honesty and Integrity paramount
* A minimum of 5+ years of payroll experience is required.
* Candidates must be Australian citizens only.
