The Account Manager will be responsible for the successful management of client communications, ensuring an unparalleled level of service is always delivered.
* Client Relationship
: manage day to day client relationships and outputs, ensuring the client's expectations are always exceeded.
* Project Management
: Development and ownership of task and project briefs, timelines and project budgets.
* Creative Briefs
: Write creative briefs that are thorough yet concise, translating client needs and objectives clearly to Overport's Studio Team.
* Strategy & Brand Guidance
: provide strategic brand guidance support to clients day to day, as well as inform and contribute to Overport's strategy and branding projects.
* Process Management
: Ensure Overport Agency processes are always adhered to and recommendations for improvements are suggested.
* Coaching
: Provide guidance and support to Overport's Community Manager.
* Support
: Provide support and client updates to Overport's Directors.
Position Requirements:
* University qualified in a Media, Marketing and or Communications principle
* 3+ years of relevant agency experience
* Ability to move fast, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, whilst ensuring flawless execution
* Highly developed listening and communication skills
* Strong client presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire
* Disciplined, highly organised and with exceptional time management skills
* Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to action solutions with speed
* Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure
* Passion for all things Communications
* Have a positive and 'whatever it takes' attitude
* An understanding of Social Media is favourable
