The Company
Our client is a famous household brand, specialising in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality paper products. They are looking for an experienced and bubbly Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary contract (with the view to go perm!).
The Role
This position is a varied all-rounder chance for a real self-starter who can bring their 'can do attitude' and experience gained in previous roles.
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing the reception desk, meeting, greeting, and responding to inbound calls
Onboarding of new staff (tours of the office, introductions with other members of staff)
Event coordination & catering
Meeting room management
Ordering of stationary & Mail distribution
Some diary and travel management for executives
Raising PO's and invoice processing
Other general ad-hoc administration
Your Profile
You are an energetic and forward-thinking individual with excellent problem-solving skills. You are an experienced Administrator with a keen eye for detail and can work autonomously. This is a fast-paced environment, so someone who is switched on and uses their initiative will thrive in this role.
Strong customer service experience

Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
