Job Overview
Suncorp Bank is a leading provider of banking solutions for experienced commercial and property finance investors. The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning tailored banking solutions, managing and growing a portfolio of highly valued customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sourcing and management of transactions, developing lending structures and conducting thorough due diligence.
* Manage approval processes and documentation and foster stakeholder relationships.
* Lead, coach and provide development opportunities for junior team members to allow the achievement of current and future objectives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in implementing sales, service, operational, process and credit quality initiatives.
* Represent Suncorp Bank in the market, networking with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role you will require extensive experience in commercial banking or real estate finance, strong direct experience leading real estate finance relationships and transactions, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You should also have strong organisational skills, thriving in high-pressure environments with a customer-centric focus, ability to drive business strategies, foster team growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
