Able to 'hit the ground running', as a key player in this team you will further develop your expertise across a range of the more complex family law issues for sophisticated clientele, typically in matters pertaining to: Family & Relationship Law Property & Financial Matters Divorce, separation Family Violence & Intervention Orders Asset Protection & Financial Agreements Child Support Spousal Maintenance Same Sex Relationships Defacto Relationships About you The ideal candidate will have:- 5 years Family experience within a recognised family law practice/team including exposure to complex matters; Be a self-starter with an inclusive, pro-active team approach; Highly developed communication skills (at all levels) with a strong focus on client service; Ability to effectively manage a busy caseload and competing priorities; and Eager to share knowledge, building your career & contributing to practice development.
