Cleaner - Aged Care Role Description
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cleaner to join our team in providing domestic services for residents at our facility. Key responsibilities include:
• Carrying out cleaning tasks according to routine and project cleaning schedules,
• Ensuring cleaning tasks are completed according to infection control and occupational health and safety requirements including the safe storage and use of cleaning chemicals,
• Working in accordance with our organisation's values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
• Cleaning experience in residential aged care (desirable),
• A passion for working in aged care and a sound understanding of the sector,
• A strong attention to detail,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
