Job Description:
The Director of Academic Programmes will provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation and review of our academic programmes from Prep to Year 12.
This role requires a collaborative approach with Heads of Department and Junior School Curriculum to ensure alignment and coherence across all year levels.
The successful candidate will have expertise in designing research-based, data-informed teaching programs that are aligned with best practices, with a focus on explicit instruction.
Key responsibilities include contributing to whole-school improvement and academic excellence through high-quality teaching and learning practices.
The ideal candidate will lead curriculum evaluation processes to ensure coherence, progression and responsiveness to student needs.
