Job Description
Working with a high‐performing team of engineers, designers and drafters, you will support the team in delivering projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects. Your role will focus on core civil engineering disciplines, including roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients across Defence, Transport, Water Resources, Mining and Resource industries. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with industry‐leading peers across our organisation to create whole‐of‐business success for projects.
We are looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Adelaide.
How you'll make a difference
* Support the planning and design of civil engineering infrastructure; roads & transport, stormwater assets (quantity and quality), services/utilities, earthworks, etc.
* Use design standards and practices for civil infrastructure design (for example; Austroads, SA Water, DIT or Water Services Australia (WSA) Standards).
* Conduct detailed design of Civil elements, including Civil Arrangements Design, Roadway/Carpark/Cycleway/Footpath Geometric Design, Stormwater Pit and Pipe Design, Stormwater Quality Assessment, Design Management and coordination of multi‐disciplinary design inputs.
* Contribute to project or design management.

Qualifications
* Graduate Attributes: We're seeking graduates with strong communication and teamwork skills, a proactive and adaptable mindset, and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
* Bachelor's Degree: You must be in your final year or have completed a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
* Defence Clearance: Candidates need to be Australian Citizens for this role.
* Graduate Year: You must have completed your studies and have graduated before starting the program.
* Commencement: You must be able to commence work by February 2027. We are open to mid‐year finishers who are able to commence by July 2027.
* Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying. We do accept candidates with student and graduate visas.
