Enterprise Test Manager
This pivotal role sets the foundation for effective test strategies, automation best practices, and high-quality releases across multiple platforms. Through automation, process reliability, stakeholder engagement, and organizational priorities, the Enterprise Test Manager drives a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Lead the development of automated test suites (UI, API, performance, AI) integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Drive cross-platform testing and promote advanced test management tools for visibility and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement by monitoring quality metrics, cycle times, defect rates, and leveraging AI-powered analytics for smarter decision-making. Collaborate on effective root-cause analysis, incident response, and knowledge sharing, strengthening supportability.
Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary QA team (in-house and offshore) to foster a culture of improvement, accountability, and transparency. Champion collaboration with Product, Data, Revenue Assurance, Telephony, UX, Engineering, and Operations to embed quality early in development.
