ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person for the full-time role of Payroll and Administration Assistant at our head office based at Cohuna.
DUTIES
* Supporting the Payroll Officer to carry out payroll duties
* Updating and maintaining employee payroll data
* Payroll reporting, processing, and administration
* Answering payroll enquiries
* Administration of the MawCentral compliance management systems onsite and intranet modules
* Management of the Document Control system, ensuring standardised and consistent practices, document numbering and revision control
* General administrative and telephone duties as required

* Excellent communication skills and a friendly professional manner
* Efficient time management skills and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
* A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
* Strong customer service skills and show attention to detail with your work
