Trident is looking for a Customer Service Operator to be the welcoming face and helpful hand at a busy shopping centre in Aitkenvale.
Role Overview
* Greet and assist shoppers with a warm, positive attitude
* Provide accurate information about store locations, centre promotions, and events
* Handle lost property and customer inquiries in person, via phone, and online
* Support the coordination of centre activities and assist with administration tasks
* Respond to emergencies or incidents according to centre procedures
About You
* Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or call centre a plus)
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Confident using phones, computers, and basic office systems
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
