Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
Deliver remote and onsite Level 1 support
Assist in the install, configuration, and maintenance of hardware/software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
Document support activities in the ITSM system
Learn from and collaborate with experienced IT professionals
Grow and expand your skills and knowledge on the job
About You
What you'll need:
Recent graduate with a degree or Cert IV in IT
Highly motivated by technology and solving complex issues
Strong communication skills with a passion for outstanding customer experience
Good basic understanding of desktop support, networking, and troubleshooting
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
