What you'll do
* Share your industry experience and deliver Construction White Card training to prepare students for safe work in construction
* Plan and deliver engaging training sessions, incorporating practical, hands‐on activities and assessments
* Support students from diverse backgrounds and experience levels
* Help students become job‐ready and build lasting confidence
What you'll bring
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – Essential
* Recent experience in building or construction, and CPCWHS1001 White Card
* Comfortable using everyday tools like drills, saws and other common construction equipment
* Collaborative and approachable, with strong people skills
* Well‐organised and able to take initiative
* Ability to manage course materials, reporting, and assessments independently
* Confident with tech and online platforms; familiarity with Canvas is a bonus
Additional requirements
* Flexibility to travel to different training locations across Sydney or the Central Coast
* Current driver's licence and your own car for transporting equipment
* Ability to lift up to 20 kg when setting up and transporting tools and materials
* Positive attitude and solutions‐focused mindset, with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check (required; assistance provided)
