The roleWe have two exciting opportunities for experienced Human Resource practitioners to join our team. As a Principal Human Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for the provision of strategic and operational HR advice with a focus on HR, employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR) issues. You will provide advice, coaching and support to leaders and employees on a range of human resource matters and support the resolution of complex case management workplace issues. These roles work in partnership with other human resource teams to meet the organisational objectives.
These are team leadership roles and play a pivotal role in connecting the business and HR Advisory Services. Please see the attached role description for key responsibilities.
The successful person
- Will exhibit excellent verbal and written communication, consultation and negotiation skills that see you and your team provide legislatively sound advice to a range of health-based clients across multiple business units across the State.
- Have demonstrated expertise in working in a human resource environment and have a focus on developing a high-performance culture within the team, including a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence in service delivery.
- Will have proven their leadership and ability to influence senior management in the implementation of HR management processes within a large multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed organisation.
- Will have demonstrated expertise the delivery of strategic and operational HR leadership in accordance with awards, legislation, standards, regulations, directives, policies and guidelines with a focus on business improvement.
